Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched on the following working day, from the date of purchase.

UK CUSTOMERS

If you are located within the United Kingdom, your order will be shipped out using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature delivery option.

This service typically takes 1-3 days to arrive, although delivery times may vary based on other external factors.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delivery issues or lost packages.

If you would like express delivery, please email us prior to ordering and allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

All product prices and shipping fees on our site include UK VAT. This means the total amount you see at checkout is the full price you pay, with no additional VAT added for delivery within the UK.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

For customers located outside of the UK, delivery times may take between 7-14 days. However, please be aware that the actual delivery timeframe may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

If your package experiences a delay, you can use the tracking number provided and contact the respective courier service for further information.

NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT ON SUNDAY.

If you place your order on Saturday, your parcel will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Customs and Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary from country to country, and we recommend checking with the customs authorities in your country for more information. 

We are NOT responsible for ANY charges. 

In order to receive your package you must pay the custom charges. If you refuse, the parcel will be returned to us and you will not be refunded for your order.
